deluxe with with Suite in color. 2 Volume. Paris; Printed on hand-made linen paper with Maillol watermark, loose as issued, with edges left uncut. Two volumes in printed wrappers, housed in the original chemises and slipcases. With 125 woodcuts, 4 of which are repeated on the wrappers. Light darkening to spine panels of the chemises. A very fine set. The wood-blocks were carved by Maillol and finished in 1939, but the printing of them was delayed by the war and not realized until 1958.
